Carrot Amsterdam Forcing "Amfine" (organic seed) has a very sweet flavour,good colour and small core. The first choice for early sowing under cloches with small cylindrical roots that freeze well.

WHEN TO SOW
May to June.

WHERE TO SOW
Direct into seed bed in shallow drills 25cm apart.

WHAT TO DO NEXT
Gradually thin out seedlings as they grow until they are about 8cm apart.

MATURITY
Roots should be ready for use by early July from first sowing.
