Celeriac

Celeriac is related to celery, and only recently has become popular in the UK, having been traditionally grown in mainland Northern Europe. A good tip is not to plant celeriac after Broad Beans or other soil nitrogen 'fixers' as these cause excessive leaf growth rather than development of the bulbous root which is the edible part.
