Sow thinly direct into the growing site 1cm deep in rows 35cm apart

WHAT TO DO NEXT

As soon as seedlings form third leaf thin out to 22cm apart.  Leaves can be picked regularly after about 4 weeks or leave until mature and harvest the whole head. Leave the stump in the ground and you will get a small re-growth of young leaves.
