Barrel shaped heads with high yielding potential. Easy to grow and very versatile for summer and autumn crops. Slow to bolt with multiple disease resistance including Downy Mildew. Maturity about 60 days from planting.

Where To Sow: Sow the seeds about 1-2cm deep in rows 30cm apart.
What To Do Next: Thin to 30-35cm apart as the seedlings grow. They can be sown in modules and transplanted 4-6 weeks later.
Handy Tip: Cabbages like good solid ground. Do not plant into freshly dug ground, so dig the plot well in advance. Do not grow on same ground two years running.
Nutritional Value: A very good source of Dietary Fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and potassium.
