WHAT TO DO NEXT
Keep the growing medium wet at all times. Window sill sowings should be thinned every day, snap the seedlings near the base as required

MATURITY
Should be ready within two weeks of sowing. Cress for salad garnishing is an all year crop but in the midst of winter use warm water and move away from cold windows.
