WHERE TO SOW:

Sow four of five seeds in a 9cm pot under glass at a minimum of 18°C. Temperature must be maintained at night.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

As soon as seedlings have produced three true leaves, prick off into individual pots. About four weeks later, plant out in the growing site 45cm apart when all fears of frost have past. Water thoroughly and regularly.

HANDY TIPS:   Pick fruit on the small side, 10-12cm. High yields can be obtained by regular picking.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE:   High water content, low in calories, high in potassium. Skin is rich in carotenoid antioxidant.
