Herb Caraway is a biennial which grows to a height between 30 & 60cm. Seeds used for flavouring in cakes, bread and soups. Young leaves can be added to salads.

SOW:   Autumn or Spring in final location.

WHERE TO SOW:

Caraway can be sown in it's final location, but is better sown in shallow drills in pots (potting compost) and then either potted-on or transplanted when the seedlings are large enough to handle. Caraway thrives in well drained full sun positions.
