WHERE TO SOW:

Sow shallow drills or broadcast in open ground. Cover with soil and water well.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:  

Thin out the seedlings as they grow to a final spacing of 15cm apart.

HANDY TIP:  Make both an early and late sowing to ensure continuity of leaf supply throughout the Summer. Plants can be left to bolt and seed harvested for cooking.
