Herb Cumin is an annual with grass like leaves and small white flowers. Grows to a height of 15-25cm. Aromatic seeds that can be used for flavouring home made curries along with coriander.

SOW:   March to May outdoors. Harvest 90-120 days later.

WHERE TO SOW:

Sow in shallow 5mm drills. Sow thinly in rows just 2 cm apart, creating a growing "block" rather than well defined rows. Do not thin out. The purpose of this is that the seedlings will give each other support, which they need due to their relatively heavy seed heads that develop.
