Herb Lovage is a perennial. Yellow flowers with dark leaves used for flavouring vegetable stews and root vegetables. 150- 200cm.

Where To Sow: Make a shallow 5mm groove in a tray of compst and sow a thin lines leaving 5-10cm between lines. Sprinkle compst over and firm down before watering gently.
What To Do Next: Thin and move to final growing position about 1 month after sowing.
Handy Tip: Lovage prefers part shade and dies back completely in winter.
Nutritional Value: Used as a diuretic.
