Rocket Salad has delicious spicy dark green leaves that must be picked regularly or it runs to seed. Very simple to grow, sow successionly.

WHERE TO SOW:

Sow thinly in prepared seed beds April to August 0.5cm deep in rows 25cm apart. Keep soil moist. Do not over water. Germination takes place in 7-14 days. Sow every 2-3 weeks. Thin seedlings to 10cm apart when large enough to handle.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Cut a few leaves from each plant leaving some leaves on each so they re-grow. You should get 3-4 cuttings per plant.

HANDY TIP:   Cut leaves from plant. Do not pull off.
