Sorrel is a Perennial that grows to a height of 40-80cm. Young leaves have a tangy taste used to liven up salads. Used for salads, also as a vegetable like Spinach.

Where To Sow: Sow thinly directly in to growing site 1/2cm deep. Keep soil moist at all times.
