Kohl Rabi Green Delicacy has pale green skin with pure white flesh. Fine texture and flavour when harvested the size of a tennis ball. Earliest of all the varieties.

WHERE TO SOW:

Sow successionally in the growing site 2cm deep in rows 30cm apart.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Do not transplant.  As soon as large enough to handle, thin the seedlings to 15cm apart. Lift when the size of a tennis ball.

HANDY TIP:  Makes a pleasant change as a vegetable, slice and fry gently in olive oil or use in place of turnips.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES:  A good source of iron, manganese and folic acid.
