Onion Paris Silverskin has a dual purpose. If you like a good size bulb on ìspringî onions pull them young or leave to mature and crop as small onions for pickling.

WHERE TO SOW:

In growing site, 1cm deep in rows 20cm apart.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Provided you have not sown too thickly, no thinning is required. Keep weed free, and water regularly.

HANDY TIPS:   Can be cooked whole with Peas or used in casseroles and stews. Flavour not too harsh.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE:   Antibacterial and Antiseptic properties, due to beneficial sulphur compounds. A good source of antioxidants, such as quercetin and anthocyanin.
