WHERE TO SOW:

Direct into the growing site 2cm deep in rows 45cm apart.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Seedlings should not be transplanted. Gradually thin seedlings as they grow to 10cm apart. Dig roots as required in Winter.

HANDY TIP:  Often considered that the flavour is sweeter and better if the plants have had a good frost on them.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE:  Good source of energy boosting Carbohydrates. High in vitamin C and potassium.
