WHERE TO SOW:

Spread seed evenly in a flat bottom drill 5cm deep and 10cm wide. Space rows 45cm apart.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Thin out seedlings as they grow if necessary and transplant the extra plants to another row.

HANDY TIP:   Use netting to protect the area after sowing and gradually raise up the nets as plants grow to give support.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE:   A good source of Pro-Vitamin A and Vitamins C, B 1 and folic acid.
