WHERE TO SOW:

Sow in the growing site 2cm deep in rows 30cm apart.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Thin seedlings gradually as they appear until 25cm apart. Hoe frequently and water very regularly.

HANDY TIP:  As the sun is the main factor in causing the bolting of spinach, it is best sown between taller crops or in semi-shade.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE:  A good source of pro-vitamin A, vitamin C, lutein and dietary fibre.
