Sweet Pepper Beauty Bell has large thick walled square shaped fruits of dark green turning to brilliant red. Good flavour and very prolific.

WHERE TO SOW:
Sow thinly in trays, pots or modules at 22°C, cover finely with compost. Cover with glass or polythene to retain humidity.
WHAT TO DO NEXT:
Remove cover as soon as seedlings appear. Prick off into individual pots when 5cm tall, thin modules to single seedlings. When 15cm tall, transplant to glasshouse border, grow bags or large pots. Some support is helpful.
HANDY TIP: Green Peppers are immature fruits, but perfectly edible. They turn bright red and become sweeter as they mature.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE: High in vitamin C and beta carotene (pro-vitamin A).
