Sweet Pepper Poseidon is a vigorous variety producing a heavy crop of block shaped peppers. The fruit turns from green to red with maturity and features a rich lustre and thick crispy flesh.
SOW: from March/April indoors. 85 days from transplant to harvest.
WHERE TO SOW:
Sow seed indoors in March. Fill 7cm pots with multi purpose compost and place 2 seeds on the top. Cover thinly with compost and water lightly from the top. Place the pots in a spot with an even temp of about 15 to 20°C.
Seedlings appear in 10 - 15 days. Will continue to grow hapilly inside, or when you gurantee an overnight temperature above 12 degrees overnight, move to greenhouse.
When plants are 10cm in height, transplant to larger pots or are very happy in grow bags. Keep the compost moist but not waterlogged.
Plants can be grown outside after last frost, but do better under cover.
