UK shipping is free on all UK seed orders over £5.00. European orders are charged £3.00 P&P. Sundries are only available for mainland UK.
Please note that due to irregular postal services we are unable to ship to Italy.
Seeds are weighed using precision scales, packaged in "foils", and then dispatched to you in a padded envelope, to ensure arrival in perfect condition. If at any time you are not 100% statisfied with your seeds, please return them and we will offer you the choice of a full refund or replacement seeds.
After you place your order, you will receive two emails. The first is your order confirmation email. The second will contain detailed sowing/growing instructions for the specific seeds in your order. We ask you to keep this email and print off the sowing instructions as needed.
We do include printed sowing instructions with seed collections as we appreciate these are often purchased as gifts.

Credit card transactions are all processed by Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS Worldpay), who are fully integrated into this site. Credit card details are not visible to VegetableSeeds.net and are passed directly to RBS Worldpay. The VegetableSeeds.net checkout area operates an SSL server, meaning all data is encrypted. In 2009 we processed over 4000 orders without incident.

If at any time you wish to return your seeds, please send them back to us and we will give you the choice of a complete refund or replacement seeds.
